I don't think they have an office. As for short explanations - these are complex issues. It takes a lot to explain why integrating native edible biodiversity with our local ecology and public parks is necessary. It takes lots of text to cite and quote legitimate academic sources and evidence.

Courts ruled in Knight v. Trump and Davison v. Randall that blocking citizens from official government pages for their views is unconstitutional. You shouldn't speak with such certainty without knowing the law—do your research before spreading misinformation.

Actually you're wrong. n Knight v. Trump (2019) and Davison v. Randall (2019), federal courts ruled that government-run social media pages are public forums. Blocking based on viewpoint does violate the First Amendment when the page is used for official communication. It was an official city page.
