New knob’s from Thonk are a huge improvement on the Roland S-1. Colour coding makes it easier to see, they’re much more tactile and position is more obvious. And for very little cost! #synth #roland #musician

I’ve been having so much fun with this little thing since Santa delivered it. Just a joy to jam with and the arps are brilliant. It’s incredibly customisable with user loaded OSCs, delays and reverb. Can’t wait to run some tape loops on the 4-track & reel-to-reels through the effects. So much fun!

These old 4-tracks are expensive to buy secondhand but, I managed to pick up this broken one for £10. Bit of grease, new belts, fader lube and its working ok with a nice genuine tape warble and hiss! Expect DAWless tapeloop and reel-to-reel jams coming soon!

Been meaning to do this for ages! Little record wall next to the turntable. Nice to see the artwork and makes it super easy to have a batch of favourites on rotation.
