so often when people call themselves a bi lesbian they use the term bi as a means to exaggerate that they are attracted to women AND those outside the gender binary/anyone else that doesn’t identify as a man. plus people tend to forget a lot of others have varying sexual + romantic attractions

like. most people assume bisexual is liking men AND women, period, but literally BY DEFINITION it’s liking more than one gender .. 😭 that is not just subject to men and women

describe and align w one’s identity! it is not harmful to anyone.. so exclus keeeeppp cryin. we will always be here ily lesboys + turigirls

people identify, and actually take the time to understand why they do. everyone’s experience w their gender identity is different and you don’t have to understand it, but it’s a very much real and awesome thing once you do :-)!! there will always be new labels being made and created to help further
January 25, 2025 at 4:13 PM
it’s weird how many people care about this label just to immediately bash on it and call it disgusting 🤔 lesbianism is far more complex than most people even know. stop being scared of shit you don’t understand and just learn! your life will be so much more peaceful once you stop whining about how

is one in the same. lesbian is intertwined with transmasculinity, which birthed butches and masc lesbians. you cannot separate the two ever. lesboy is basically a refurnished term for butch/masc lesbians that can also apply to numerous other people!

3) lesboy is a term that can be used by, again,

- masc/butch lesbians
- he/him lesbians (pronouns ≠ gender)
- multigender (bigender, genderfluid) lesbians
- nonbinary, agender, genderqueer, xenogender lesbians

it’s different for everyone. gender is such a complex and diverse concept, not everyone

and if any exclusionists happen to scroll across this, i hope you take the time to read and educate yourself so you can learn something new! it should be the least of your worries to hate on and police other’s identities online. the history behind these labels are very real :-)!
January 25, 2025 at 3:55 PM
there are numerous sources out here to back the label and explain it to those who would like to learn. while the term/label lesboy is rather new—only being coined a few years ago— the history surrounding “male/masc lesbians” and butches is not :-)

that people feel comfortable with, and this is one. just a huge misconception about the label D: people immediately want to hate on those who use it because they either don’t have the attention span to do a 1 minute google search, or are without the brain capacity to comprehend what it really means
January 25, 2025 at 3:49 PM
me calling myself a boy. it’s just what makes me happy and comfortable! im not a boy at all and id never be attracted to one.. butches have called themselves men/boys for years— they obviously don’t identify as one— and its just a means of reclaiming masculinity. it’s all about using terms or labels
January 25, 2025 at 3:48 PM
nonbinary, genderfluid, bigender, genderqueer, etc. it’s not ACTUALLY used by men + those who are trying to make a mockery of lesbianism. in my case, im nonbinary + a butch lesbian, therefore i use masc terms + pronouns on myself. that doesn’t make me a boy, does it? nope! it’s the same case with

this includes xenogenders as well, unfortunately some people still crying over those labels
