Using craft swabs to apply acetone and a toothpick to apply the slurry at the seams. Most seams have came out smooth once dried. I’ve left fingerprints while orientating the car, so I’d imagine if you damped the model with acetone for a little then dab it with a sponge it should leave a texture.

You can also do this with ASA. I'm working on a 3d printed model RC car in ASA and using this method in lieu of many m2/m3 screws.

I went with a P1S recently and have no complaints, wish I bought one earlier. Started with an i3 variant in ‘16 then an Ender 3 in ‘18 which I modded a bit. The P1S has brought the joy of printing back, the Ender worked but required more patience and constant effort.
