Food is important for me and I consider myself a traditionalist when it comes to all the existing dishes I love.
I think it’s more fair to highlight that people are using it as an excuse in bad faith, like some conservatives are using “children safety” to justify their bigotry

Also, I see probably more bad faith, and use of “traditions” as an excuse to bash a dish that originated from and appeals to youth and (descendants of) immigrants.

I see what you mean but it would be wrong to try to compare the sandwich on a dietary level, which like many fast food can be lacking balance… And many of our traditional dishes can also be deemed unhealthy if we go this route.

I haven’t tried the French Tacos yet, they seem really good though and I fondly miss my kebab sandwiches from France.
The only issue with this dish, it’s probably in the naming which can be confusing and misleading, but eh
