Just picked up Third Ear Band’s Music for Macbeth. It’s a remastered version so I have to do this in the car to make it listenable. Why do they turn the bass up so much. Drowns out everything else

First time for years I’ve just been for a naked night bike ride. Nineteen and a half miles along the Erewash Canal and back. Including across the Bennerley Viaduct

Heading home from a week in the Somerset levels at #Nudefest. Clothes-free except for a couple of Brompton rides exploring the area. A delight of this year has been this field full of chicory. The delicate flowers opening with the first morning rays but modestly closing by the end of the morning.

For #worldnakedhikingday I walked about 3 ½ miles on Stanton Moor in Derbyshire. Naked, barefoot and free, with just my car key and phone. The sun had been up about 40 min whenI got there. It was glorious

Had a lovey couple of days at NSC. With free walks or Budby South Forest to make it perfect. Also finished weeding the pétanque court.
