I mean, IDK either. Just looking at past experience and cross referencing. Movements in Portland are trends and fads. No one is actually making a move to force the government. They are just willing to stand in one spot and yell. Their diversity in tactics is only diverse when its their tactics.

BIPOC people aren't important they are tools in the movement back then and now for white performative individuals. From what I can see is that BIPOC are used to validate actions when those actions put BIPOC in a harms way. And if BIPOC people speak up they get canceled and a new one replaces them
