Been awhile, have a little something from my D&D campaign :)

Been enjoying the Pokemon TCG app so I thought I'd try opening a booster pack. Immediately pulled an Absol EX, Scovillain EX and this lovely Charizard EX Obsidian Flames. Feeling pretty good!

The latest in my actual clay series (I usually work in Zbrush.) A mammoth! Does anyone have experience with casting into epoxy? I'd like to do metal, but I don't have the equipment.

Day seven of posting old art: my Paleo Pines fanart! I did some fun little animations you can see on my sketchfab as well: skfb.ly/oLYPq

Day six of posting old art: The environment I created my cordyceps-infected Quetzalcoatlus for. All just storytelling of course :) I never did post this environment anywhere as I went on to other projects.

Day five of posting old art: this time it's Fresh Cut Grass! This was specifically for a class project where we had to create a robot with a broken eye. Of course, FCG from Critical Role came to mind :)

Day three of posting old work: Here's my recreation of Thorn, based off of the cover of Christopher Paolini's book Eldest. This was in celebration of Paolini's return to that world with his latest novel, Thorn...which also features that same dragon!

Day two of uploading old art: my own composition for an Oviraptor render :) The previous one, which had gained so much traction, had a specific theme and so I was mimicking someone else's composition, according to the requirements of the challenge. This one I originally designed for Valentine's Day!

Something a little different for me: a smilodon in real clay!

Working in real clay has its own set of challenges. I may continue to iterate on this.

With the Last of Us coming out relatively soon, here's a reminder of the Cordyquetz I made last year :)

Because this one is gaining some traction, I'm going to loop it back to the updated post :) Enjoy this breakdown of how I made the feathers as well!

As an update to this post, I did complete that model! I'm going to continue to iterate on it, but I'm working on other things for the time being ;)

Here's her original render. It's beautiful, but of course it's more the result of a hunting scene. As mine is intended to be more lighthearted, the younger dinos are turned towards the adult rather than away, and rather than crouching down to hunt them, she's offering the protection of her wings.

Uploading old artwork, starting with my most popular render: Oviraptor! This was done as a Blender challenge, in which we were tasked with recreating a splash screen. Of course I chose Joanna Kobierska's Sinosauropteryx render. There are a few intentional differences, making mine seem more motherly!

A few other shots. I sculpted everything from scratch, from skeleton to heart. This is due for an Organic Modeling course at the Academy of Art next week.

First Bluesky post!

Excited and a little nervous to finally show off my Utahraptor écorché. Please note that this is still WIP, and I am actively looking for feedback from experts! I'd love to hear what you think :)
