The absolute winner is Trader Joes in Redondo Beach. Granted, there is a public lot across the street, but during the day that is full of beach bound peeps.
Even worse is the lot is 1 way/1 lane. If the lot is full, it can take you a half hour before you can even exit to get to the public lot.
