I'll be honest with you? For you? I don't think there's any help, unless you really go to Therapy and leave the internet for a good while, After what you've done and keep going on with life, like it meant nothing to you clearly means you need help.

On top of all I've said, Those people you support, Do not approve of the LGBTQ community in the slightest. Meaning, if you were go to to Gaza, or Hezbollah for that matter, and say that "HEY I SUPPORT YOU GUYS! BUT I'm LGBTQ" a day later, you'll find yourself hanged from a building or a tree.
