WTF? Trump tariffs cause Soybean farmers to be ruined by losing their exports to China. Trump then says"use tariff money to help farmers". Trump says give $20 Billion to Argentina. Argentina then uses that money to restart exporting Soybeans to China. Have I got that insanity right?
