Which is likely due to the watch not being able to measure my HRV (and HR) correctly.

In fact, it thinks my HR is 75 bpm, not 136 bpm as my ECG chest strap is suggesting.

Note that measuring HRV correctly is even more difficult than measuring HR.

However, the sensor on the watch can only measure HRV with sufficient accuracy when you're at complete rest.

Example: This is me cycling indoors at 190 W and 135 bpm. My watch thinks I'm at a stress level of 28/100. While I'm exercising!

Among the topics we discussed is the continous measurement of your stress level during the day. According to Garmin, this "measure" is based on your HRV.
