I know the general fan attitude towards Richarlison is pretty negative. But felt he was our best today, got some good shots off from very little service, best team performance since at least Brighton, but still struggling to create high quality chances

I don’t necessarily disagree but being the 4th most offensive player in the most defensive team in the league will heart you. I’d be interested to see how those bars would look in comparison to midfielders rather than attacking mids

This was my list of 10s + I think Adrian Bernabe whose been a really good deep passer for Parma has played as a 10 in Serie B so could provide an option deeper as well as being a backup 10

I also think it’s not unlikely (or I may be delusional) that we agreed in the frank discussions with Brentford to pretend we wanted Mbeumo to get the ever so stupid Manchester United to make another awful overpay, something Levy especially may be interested in after the news we’re suing INEOS

You say your split which is surprising to me. From an analytical perspective it feels like the type of disastrous signing that stops us winning the Premier League any time soon, overpaying humungously for a slightly above average premier league winger who has had a crazy outlier finishing season

I know people will always get annoyed at other clubs making signings. But United are making predictably bad signings and are stuck with Sancho and Fernandes when they thought they were getting a bag. I find that part funny, although the manager part does suck

And for people that think Ange is just historically bad at coaching tight matches, our record in coin toss matches (1 goal margin or draw) in the league last season was 9-6-5, and even this year in the cups, it’s a record of 7-2-1. Luck is against us in the league, but there’s no need to paninc

I get the sentiment, but if I offered any fan, 1 loss by a 2+ margin 35 games into the season everyone would have taken it. Ultimately, we’ve been on the end of the worst injury run in living memory and have had the worst luck any PL team has ever had in coin toss games (0-3-12)

You say Werner is his backup, but Richarlison, Odobert and Moore are all ahead of Werner in the pecking order but are injured. Agree with the centre back take though
