Blood Oxygen is back on Apple Watch devices!

Update iPhone to iOS 18.6.1 and Apple Watch to watchOS 11.6.1, run a test in the ECG app, and then you'll be able to manually take Blood Oxygen readings on your watch; results are only available in Apple Health on iPhone

OMNY website restored the Trip History and Charge History sections of the site after being on hiatus following privacy concerns. But the Trip History page now does not list the location where the an OMNY-compatible card has been tapped

Is The Washington Post now a part of the Apple News+ subscription? @washingtonpost.com

It’s incredibly remarkable how influential G-Dragon’s catalog has been over the years. To be able to not just put out excellent music but also to set trends through very different social contexts is truly impressive. There’s no way he doesn’t deserve a spot in the 🐐 conversation

Many if not most people use KakaoTalk for both personal and also professional or academic purposes - and it would be great to see support for Focus Modes on iOS

Imagine hiding work chats when not in the Focus Mode for Work, or muting friends' group chats when Fitness is enabled:

KakaoTalk is available in a wide variety of languages, but sometimes it's clear that the visuals were optimized for Korean. Here is an example of an easy fix I would like to see for English-language users:

KakaoTalk still doesn't support rich previews for links shared in chats.

Here's how it could look:

KakaoTalk is convenient, but sadly it's not that secure. It would be great if they caught up to other chat apps with end-to-end encryption for all forms of communication

KakaoTalk has two entries in the App Store: one for the iPhone/iPad/Apple Watch app and one for the Mac app. This causes inconsistencies across the Apple ecosystem.

Please, Kakao - create a single universal app across all platforms:

KakaoTalk on my wife's phone always shows 999 unread messages because the app groups OpenChat as well as regular chat messages together.

C'mon KakaoTalk - let us optionally separate these numbers! The unread badge counter is basically pointless for her 💀

And here's what sending media in this "secret mode" could look like:

KakaoTalk is a useful communication app, but there's one improvement that would make it more fun: being able to send images and videos in a "secret mode," like the invisible ink text effect on Apple iMessage.
Here's how it could function:

KakaoTalk is great, but I'd like it even better if they allowed us to stream slideshows of photos or videos we receive to smart TVs. Here's my concept of what it could look like:

What if you could scan medical documents into Apple Health?

Most people likely have some form of health care documentation that is not in an electronic format compatible with Apple Health.

Here's my concept of how using the camera to import these files could work in iOS 19:

I don't know what the answer is with regard to the question of phones in schools. But if Apple extended its Schooltime Mode on Apple Watch to iPhones, it could potentially be a useful tool for parents and teachers.

Here's my concept of what it could look like on iOS 19:

Siri has a hard time deciphering between different languages. In iOS 19, let's embrace a multilingual Siri. Here's how its Settings page could look:

Once upon a time, Apple Books on Mac allowed users to edit all sorts of metadata. But in recent iterations of macOS, they have only permitted users to edit title, author, and cover art - but only for .EPUB files.

Here's my concept for how Apple Books' editor should look in 2025:

StandBy is such a useful feature for iPhone users, but I've found arranging widgets in StandBy to be kind of a pain. What if we could do it when not in StandBy mode?

Here's my concept of how it could work in iOS 19:

Apple Calendars has had a weird inconsistency between devices with Travel Time…for over a decade:

On Mac, users are unable to modify the starting location. On iPhone, walking or cycling directions sometimes do not appear.

Here's my concept for how to fix it in iOS 19:

If you have a recurring alarm on HomePods but forget to disable it when you're on vacation, what do you do?

There's no simple way that I know of to remotely silence a HomePod.

My suggestion? A simple "Stop All Current Sound" button for the HomePod sheet in the Home app:

Apple Music Classical is a great companion app for those of us who listen to classical music, although it still has a long way to go.

My most requested feature for iOS 19 (or hopefully before)?
A shuffle button. Here's what it could look like:

Last year, Apple debuted its Journal app - and it's great!

The one problem? It's on iPhone - and no other platform.

Here's a minimalistic take on how Journal could look on Mac next year:

Apple Health is great for aggregating personal health information - but what if that information isn't available in an electronic format?

Here's my concept of how iOS 19 could let users scan and important records into Apple Health:

My niche request for iOS 19: allow users to shuffle wake-up alarm sounds in the Sleep section of the Health app!

(And, also, please add more sounds!)

Here's a simple concept of how it could work:

Next year, the default batteries widget turns 10. I want to be able to see the battery levels of all my Apple devices, not just the levels of the accessories connected to the device I am using.

Here is my concept for how iOS 19 and iPadOS 19 could implement this:
