If DEI means you're missing out on a job, all that does is confirm DEI made the field too competitive.
So you have to remove every Black and Asian and brown person and every woman.
In order for you, a white man, to be "competitive".

I just heard what sounded like a good idea, stop using the abbreviation DEI, instead use the actual words, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion so when you speak everyone hears that the current executive branch of this once great country is against Diversity Equity and Inclusion.
