when they say 'biological men [sic] cant lactate' theyre not saying it isnt possible. theyre saying that EVEN WITH the technology that allows this possibility, they shouldnt be ALLOWED to do so. its an evolved version of the homophobic 'kids need two different sex parents or theyll die' lie.
