Interestingly enough, I was still forced the delete other posts from my feed, posts that had previously been flagged but then OK'd upon an appeal and review. These were now still held against me despite previously being validated as adhering to all rules.

It's more than likely a human was never involved in any of these decisions and that my account is a victim of programming and since it's a modestly sized account, there was nearly no recourse. Instagram seems to weight accounts with larger audiences and engagement, affording them more flexibility.

Instagram, however, doubled down, and put limits on my account stating that I wouldn't be able to go live for a month and that my work would not be shown to non-followers. Additionally, my account shows I won't be able to go live for a year, and I was unable to message anyone for several days.

Both Threads and Facebook reinstated the post (after it had defaulted on time and disappeared anyway) admitting their tech made an error.
