I know my mental health is in shambles because i showed up to my 11:00 dentist appointment to be told that “oops they actually booked it for 12:00, can you wait?” and it made me spiral so much that i said “no”, walked out, and called to cancel as i was walking back home

i have a Dr’s appointment this week. I’d like to get some blood work done to have an idea of what #COVID could do to me (e.g. do i have epstein barr antibodies, etc).
What else could I ask for that seems somewhat relevant for #LongCovid ?Wasn’t there some lung protein that seems linked to severity?
