At every opportunity Canadian media fails to support Canadians. Because their owners (advertisers) are American. Canadian deserve better and we can’t expect better from any of them right now. Yes Canadian media is a laughing stock internationally.

No it’s not good - it’s a story about some genuine wasteful spending and cost overruns spent on private consulting firms.
But it all happened before Carney was PM. The photo and headline make it sound like he promised to lower spending and failed.
