Sounds like Dr. Marshall is actually talking about Medicare Disadvantage Plans not ACA because if you are paying the ridiculous premiums for an ACA Plan you know damn well you are on it. Oh and Medicare Disadvantage is also a Bipartisan Fuck up of Healthcare in the U.S. #M4A
