Good idea! Ones my pop used to make looked like this.
Cupcake wrappers, a few stacked. Filled em with woodchips that were doused in some form of fuel, I'm guessing kerosene. Sealed it all with wax, couldn't smell em. His had a candle wick sticking out the top for ease of lighting through the wax.
