When Megumi stepped into the campus apartment and met his roommate for the first time, he thought he'd experience the worst college year of his life. It's one thing to have a shitty class schedule, but if he also had a shitty roommate then it would simply be Hell on Earth. But Sukuna has been a (pleasantly) surprisingly good roommate. Apparently, the latter used to live with his brother and so he was used to sharing space and being quiet when it was needed. Megumi more than appreciated that.

He can't pinpoint the precise moment, but - as pathetically gay as it sounds - Megumi ended up falling for his college roommate.

At first, Megumi thought that it was just pure lust; a side-effect of having seen Sukuna get out of the bathroom shirtless and with only a towel wrapped around his waist one too many times. And maybe it was. He's definitely been physically attracted to the other man from the start.

But then there were the other things, the things that made him pay attention to Sukuna in a different light.

The things that the older man didn't show to just anyone, but felt safe enough in their shared apartment to do so.
