today was a rough but productive day, so i decided to reward myself…by snuggling with my cat before bed (like most nights)

made this veggie/curry rice bowl for lunch today; was supposed to have more kale (i love it!), but the “removing stems” part is so tedious 😭 not pictured: the carrot bits in the rice and the raisins i forgot to put on top (more for my lunch on monday i guess)
