I’ve been feeling off lately. Last night I felt really off. Checked my blood pressure, which was normal. But my pulse is much slower than usual, I have actually never seen it so low. Constellation of symptoms suggests hypothyroidism.

I’ve decided I’m not giving 🖕🏻 to the giant pick up trucks that tailgate me and other motorists for doing the speed limit.
I’m going to start doing 🤏🏻 instead.

Layla is 7 years old and in the five years I’ve known her, and 2 years I’ve lived with her, she has never liked being held. She was shy, skittish, and peed all over the house constantly. Now she demands to be carried and take naps on my lap in the sunshine, just in the last month. I’ll take it.
