Goodnight Bluesky and Goodnight JUNE
Started today with 5km on the bike, 1km on the treadmill and a 1km swim in the pool. I simply glanced at the squash court. Baby steps and all that.
Nowhere near where I want to be, but getting there slowly and building to a challenge for charity this summer.l
Onwards and upwards.

It’s been a very, very slow road to this point, with a huge set back at the end of last year and several little ones over these past three or four months.

First day back at the gym proper in 3 years - those close to me will know what a monumental task this is for me after these past 15 months.
