Since no one can tell, what this all will lead to, here are 17 seconds of Zen from a Ramen place in Madrid. The rhythmic squeaking is positively hypnotic. I could sit here for hours. Food’s excellent too.

How come no one told me sooner how much fun this alleged midlife crisis stuff actually is?! I would‘ve started years ago!!! Plus, no time like 10 years out of an abusive relationship to do all things liberating. Psychological abuse & emotional violence are real. Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise.
