Could be useful for smaller features, though even my corrections to AI generated code often use AI these days.

Except for small things, it's rarely a one one-shot prompt but back and forth in planning mode then more in editing mode. Several prompting sessions to finish up a task.

Interesting fact - the creator of the Swiss cheese 🧀 model himself (James Reason) wrote an entire report on how it has its use, but application has been a bit overenthusiastic, missing inherent complexities in systems. But it can be useful for simpler communication about incidents!
