Probably the best thing that can happen to women’s rugby is that the only union to have invested properly into pathways leagues and professionalism wins the World Cup without really leaving third gear

The worst law in rugby is penalty for a scrum getting pushed off the mark. Like sometimes a team is just better and if you’re scrumming legally but going backwards then the punishment is you have a really shit scrum

A note for the delivery from LBH. Just nice and crisp off the base, lots of variance in width with no noticeable trade off. Amazing ball for our back line to play off of
