I'd say you're spot on in everything you say there! It's exactly what the club needed, but seeing the outpouring of support is really incredible.

I'm hopeful that my optimism isn't blindly misplaced. But I've spoken to people I'd class as far more pessimistic than me, and they are seeming far more upbeat than (for example) this time a fortnight ago. That gives me hope!

I'd also say, the Sonstrust are coming in for a fair bit of heat. But if it wasn't for them then I don't think any of these articles would've even been out there.
