and merely renaming the Department of Defense the Department of War earns you a FIFA Peace Prize (which will surely shortly be abolished after it's inaugural year). Out of interest did anyone see the FIFA short list for their Peace Prize i.e the intial 12 candidates whittled down to the final 6 etc)
