Live in Ireland, love gardening and our Collie. We have a full garden and over 300 pots of various sizes.
In remembrance of all those who gave everything, including their lives, for us. My grandfather fought in France with The Royal Dublin Fusiliers in the First World War. He was one of the lucky one's who made it through and returned to his family. #RemembranceSunday

I would sooner spend 5 minutes with our boy Peleş than a day with most people.

On a cloudy and raining morning they certainly add a nice splash of colour

The 2nd of November and some of the Gladioli are only starting to flower! A cool 10° today, blustery and sunny. #SundayYellow #BloomScrolling #Gardening

This Sparrow Hawk was in the garden on Sunday. Not a great photo as taken through the window when raining. See them most often on rainy days, early in the day or before dusk. #BirdOfTheDay #Birds #SideEye

The wild strawberries are still producing fruits! We have had nothing but cloud here the past 6 day's, not a sign of the sun and according to the forecast it will be at least another 5 days before a chance of seeing it again. Hard to get motivated when no sunshine. 🌱🍓 #BloomScrolling #Gardening

A large branch of the Magnolia was broken off in the storm and we had lot's of pots blown over, thankfully no serious damage caused. Today it's still very windy but not half as bad as yesterday. A lily flowered today to brighten things up a little. 🌱 #BloomScrolling #Gardening #StormAmy

When I saw this it reminded me of something. The Nazis used similar images to denigrate Jewish people. Reform showing their truecolours.

They add such lovely colour and self seed so easily. Ours have started going to seed now.

A rather chilly start to the day, barely 4°! Dew covering the Edgeworthia. It has loads of flower buds which, come spring time, will fill the garden with a sweet aroma.🌱 #BloomScrolling #Gardening #Autumn

Our first year with Bracteantha Gold or Strawflower. The flowers are dry and perfect for displays. Deadheading keeps them flowering for months.🌱 #SundayYellow #BloomScrolling #Gardening

Helenium Kugelsonne adding a nice splash of colour in the garden today. It was a nippy start at 6° and to drop to 4° or 5° tonight. Only 12° at the moment.🌱 #SundayYellow #BloomScrolling #Gardening

We have this hardy Bromeliad a long time and this is the first year it has flowered, adding a lovely splash of colour. Obviously the very warm summer had a lot to do with it. We have had the warmest summer in Ireland since records began in 1900!🌱 #Gardening #BloomScrolling #Bromeliad

We've had the darker one for a few years now but the lighter one only this year. They are a stunning flower.

I imagine when he does go it will be something similar to what was done with Stalin, and what happened afterwards! I'll enjoy watching this later.

No idea what this one is called but think it's known as a cactus dahlia. We leave in the pot through winter and mulch it. If prolonged heavy frost due we wrap the pot with fleece.🌱 #SundayYellow #Gardening #BloomScrolling #Dahlia
