I’ve been in a deep and funky depression for about 3 weeks. Had to give up my dog, couldn’t keep up with the costs anymore and she needed serious veterinary care that I am hoping she’s been able to get and has since found a new home…

More of the drawings I’ve been doing for the characters in my novel. I’m sticking to the ones most relevant to the story, occasional side characters aren’t going to get portraits. Too many people lol

We had a small and relaxing New Year’s Eve ❤️ just the few of us, played games and chatted all night, drank champagne at midnight, wished for better things in the year to come, and called it a night. Happy New Year!

I was gifted a lightly used iPad Pro and Apple Pencil for Christmas/my birthday. I got Procreate right away and started practicing. Once I figured out some settings and brushes, I began my first entirely digital drawing. Here it is, I think I’m done with it for now. I’m still learning the program :3

Took the child with us to Yuletide Cinemaland for a friend’s birthday. He enjoyed the decorations a lot, I enjoyed the Bailey’s Hot Cocoa lol
We watched How the Grinch Stole Christmas and had birthday cake before we had to head home and missed out on all the photos with friends, but oh well.
