I’m going to start slow and try deactivating on weekends and prove to myself that I could live without it. I know last time I deactivated it was like the hardest 48 hours of my life. You don’t realize how much you look at Facebook till it’s not there cause I would pick my phone up constantly lol

I was reading about that last night. I don’t have a computer at all but was wondering what it saves. If I want to see the content would I have to start another Facebook?
