I can’t disagree and it is sad that it is not different. Obama was the by far best US president in my conscious lifetime (and I am not a young person). Both Obama’s had and have everything that Trump hasn’t - style, class, dignity, intelligence, humor, empathy, integrity and a moral compass.

That is indeed (and sadly) pretty clear. But I doubt he’ll still be around come mid terms.
The regime feeds off fear and despair. The people have a lot of power and if that can be increasingly mobilized there is hope.

I agree - that is what is happening and it is closer to weekend at Bernie’s every day. The demented dictator is not in charge.
But who keeps it together when he is gone? Who keeps congress in check against increasing pressure of the constituents? I’m not seeing it.

I wouldn’t bet on the military uniformly following unhinged orders. I rather expect it to divide when sh*t hits the fan. I hope that doesn’t happen though …

Don’t give up! The dictator is on his last leg and will probably check out soon. What happens then is not so clear but it is not clear that the bad faith actors can hold on to power, especially when the people keep rising. The military does not seem to follow unconditionally. Don’t be pessimistic

No Dude. Yes, Biden was frail. Yes, there was a cover up. But he was way more together than Trump. He also has, unlike Trump, honor & dignity and he was not, unlike Trump, an international embarrassment. Unlike Trump, he had a competent team & he has empathy for the people.
