Today we fixed a bug with mob programming on the spot: we proposed a few solutions to the PO, got immediate feedback, worked on the solution together with 2 other developers and deployed it. It was refreshing!

From my point of view, the future of OT is in DevOps practices. Automating testing, deployments, and monitoring of industrial software systems will enable faster iterations and reduce the risk and fear of downtime. This will help modernize legacy OT systems and bridge the gap with IT. #DevOps #IT/OT
