I had 4 goals, hit 2, I wanted to get 3 Swim Marathons, I got 1, Galway Bay (10.5km, 4hrs 39mins). Weather wouldn't cooperate for others. I wanted to break 500km swam, I hit 520.

2023: 260km / 111hrs / 254 days

First day in the sea since the 16th (a lot of Pool swimming still though). Water temp dropped 3c since I was last in. Bit of a cold sting getting in but quickly normalised and still managed a 1km swim.

First day in the sea since the 16th (a lot of Pool swimming still though). Water temp dropped 3c since I was last in. Bit of a cold sting getting in but quickly normalised and still managed a 1km swim.
