Pretty sure I went too heavy with my liquid mask initially and it saturated the paper. My red ink may be getting old and too think also. Too late now. I was going to paint the linework, but after the mishaps with the red I just used pens.

Tank was a nickname I was jokingly given when I was first starting out as a tattooer. The movie “Old School” was still current and my friends/clients would bust my balls calling me “Frank the Tank” I made the mistake of leaning into the nickname in the early days and now I’m sort of stuck with the handle.

Dilophosaurus was always my favorite from the first movie, I’m still waiting for a good dilo return to the big screen. Originally the red flame from the flare was going to be the light source. The night before we did the coloring I messed with the hues and decided to change everything.
