Your comment, I would say on the opposite, is indeed directed to people like me who apparently don't "value our time" enough, because I personally self host a lot of services that I use daily.

Whoa whoa, let's gear down, I was NOT meaning my repost as an attack to you. My comment was rather a message to whoever reads my post that, like me, shares my beliefs.

Meeeeeh, if I self host something I expect to have full control of it and its functions or data. It should not be "yes, but" like Plex does for its Plex Pass.

Come me li ricordo gli sguardi dei responsabili del SOC dove lavoravo all'inizio, quando ricevevano dai superiori l'indicazione di bloccare IP o subnet in modo indiscriminato.
Vado a memoria, ma una subnet doveva essere una di quelle di Dropbox (strumento anche usato dall'organizzazione...).
