I’d love to see it! Yes, literally everything in Montessori from birth to 12 follows the pattern of concrete, passages to abstract in with concrete still present as aides to understanding, and finally fully abstract.
Even our writing at this age is done with wooden alphabet pieces before writing

Most of these are phonetic, so we play “the sound game” where we just practice naming them, and then “bring me something that starts with p, or r, or b” but we’re saying it phonetically not the letter name.
It builds the phonetic awareness. Then we use these to have them start writing words!
