Cardio update. I've been doing less because summertime sucks and it's hot.That being said in 8 months (240 days) I averaged roughly 2.1 miles per day, and that isn't including the 50 or so miles I didn't get recorded via my smartwatch. Gonna be getting a gym membership now for the summer.

What I've been listening to over the last 6 months. Some of it is new, and some old. Some is personal favorites, and some is just me catching up with a section of an artist's library that I had previously missed out on. Pretty wide mix of genres too which is usual for me. Feel free to ask opinions.

Went to see Lunar Vacation a few weeks ago with my friend Sage who introduced me to the band months ago. Was a great show and we got a photo with guitarist Maggie Geeslin and a vinyl signed by 4 of the 5 members.

Sunday weigh in another lb gone. Now 9 lbs away from my lowest in 20 years (225 lbs) This is more progress.

Last time I posted a scale update was 11 weeks ago (Jan 16th) and I was 236.6 lbs. I maintained 236-240 for around 3 months and even hit exactly 236.6 again twice but never below. Saturday I hit 235 lbs. Lowest since 2018 and 10 lbs from matching lowest in 20 years.
