Almost 7 months smoke free, even got 15 pounds dropped. The nicotine addiction hook is always there and it can have a strong hold, however staying away and keeping active does certainly help.
Be safe and be kind, it cost nothing and you never know what the other person is facing!!!!

Day 39 smoke free. Has it been easy, NO, do I still crave a smoke with a beer for sure. I have told my buddies I didn’t quit smoking, I am on pause. Hopefully passed forever

Well that’s was not the head cold at all! I had strep throat, and a sinus infection! Thank goodness penicillin and antibiotics! As the song goes “I can smell clearly now” 😂! Stay safe, be kind and always be respectful!
