Misty morning for a dog walk in the woods. On a narrow country lane I came across a cyclist, wearing all black, no lights, practically invisible against the black tarmac. He must be a supporter of the Assisted Dying Bill.

I swim regularly in my local pool in Sevenoaks, Kent. Over the years in Poland, I have swum in lakes, rivers, canals and the sea. But never in a swimming pool.

Came across this oak tree on a dog walk at Penshurst. Died a few years ago - it was about 1000 years old.
