Thank you. Apparently having had a working smart meter for years your engineers can't attend the property unless I measure the direct distance from my gas to electric meter.One is external, one is in a cellar way under the house... I can't dig tunnels. You would be welcome to try...
@octopus.energy it should not take 3 months to tell me that you can't get a gas reading and then 10 mins hold and 10 mins speaking to team to report that screen on meter is bost

@octopus.energy I am trying to 'refer or recommend a friend.. option has vanished from the app and online and I'm playing ping pong with the help desk who refer me to the faq ...faq say if we can't help try the help desk email ...(I could be stuck in this all year....
