If you can get hold of it, Mad Love - the films of Yevgeni Bauer features loads of experimental camera and light work from the 1910s. Unfortunately the Soviets categorised him as decadent, and a lot of his work didn't survive.

It’s similar ingredients to Imam Bayildi (The Priest Fainted), and one of the legends about WHY the priest fainted is that his wife used up her entire olive oil dowry in the first moon of their marriage making this, his favourite dish. Personally I’d add garlic. I bet it’s delicious cooled as well.

It's what fresh greenery I have to hand - there's sorrel, dandelion, chives and wild garlic in the garden. My mint bed needs a replant, it got overwhelmed by brambles last year.
