Creo que el problema aquí es que todos estáis interpretando algoritmo = IA. Por favor buscar la definición algoritmo. Un algoritmo puede ser determinista y predecible, como comprobar si alguien es mayor de edad y residente en Murcia.

Creo que lo que describes son casos de software de mierda, del que desgraciadamente hay mucho. Creo que automatizar ciertas comprobaciones de baja complejidad agilizaría los trámites.
