I think it looks ok, won't really know until I try it.
I could also have baked a bigger loaf, either I've reduced the quantities too much or my proving didn't grow them as much as predicted...

For the first time in my life I am baking bread!!
No idea how it's going to turn out, had to adjust everything to make a smaller loaf, and the proving got interrupted by my going back to town to fetch the bag I'd left in Starbucks.
6ish more minutes without a lid and this will be a loaf, hopefully 🤞

For the first time in my life I am baking bread!!
No idea how it's going to turn out, had to adjust everything to make a smaller loaf, and the proving got interrupted by my going back to town to fetch the bag I'd left in Starbucks.

Started building my IKEA wardrobe... Now realise I am really not in the mood to build an IKEA wardrobe...
Plus, had to open all 3 boxes to find the first panel (the interior bit) mentioned in the instructions... Not in box 1 with the instructions, not in the smaller box (box 3), but in box 2... 🙄

I'm making roast chicken soup. ASDA next door is mostly useless but their rotisserie is actually OK.
A bit big for 1 person but if I buy it at lunchtime I can have 1 breast hot, with mustard and sourdough, the legs cold for dinner then cook the carcass for stock, shred in the last breast for soup.
