Absolutely. The idea is that arguments normally consist of a main claim and other supporting claims.

The model's focus is on the six different types of claims that we can make about reality. However it also emphasises how each main claim is generally made up of other subsidiary claims. 5/

That's why I've developed the argument claim hexagon model. My aim is to make it easier for people to be able to analyse the arguments they come across and develop better arguments for themselves. 4/
