It‘s an Irish tension spinning wheel? From 1960s Germany I think. I posted a pic a couple of days ago. At the moment I‘m practicing adding twist to singles then plying them, to get the whole treadle/twist/uptake coordination thing down. So far so good, I guess 🙃
