Our lovely neighbor gave us some Hibiscus calyx so I made Hibiscus Galangal syrup for a Mezcal cocktail to go with our vegan Swiss fondue by Joe Yonan. It was super cheesy tasting but uses rutabaga!

Prepped sourdough boules to proof in their baskets O/N at 4C
Roasted chicken and turkey parts collected the last few months and made stock.
