Institutions that are formed under hegemonic, oppressive power structures must be systematically deconstructed or they'll simply continue to proliferate and promote said narratives.

The next phase for systems that fail to adapt? Irrelevance.

If you notice that assholes always turn to Classics when they want to support racism, sexism, totalitarianism, or anything else bad, maybe that's because so many Classicists have been too happy to reinforce that foundation instead of fighting to demolish it.
